RL Foster Arts offers appraisals and price evaluations. Artwork to be sold in the gallery cannot be appraised by the gallery, because of legal issues. The Price Evaluation provides the collector a range of prices for specific artwork. We provide price evaluations when the artwork may not be sufficiently valuable to warrant the cost of a full appraisal. The Price Evaluation is not meant to replace an appraisal and provides no legal valuation of the work. Appraisals are offered by the gallery for $48.00 per hour with a minimum
